By engaging CATonline Training or participating in our training you accept the following terms and conditions.

Client obligation

By accepting the following terms and conditions you have acknowledged that you will;

Undertake the training in a responsible manner ensuring that you read and understand the course material, including material the client is directed to through links and other websites or attached articles;

Must not seek or accept assistance with assessments except for support offered by the accredited and recognised on-line support offered by CATonline and approved mentors assisting students approved to receive language literacy and numeracy support;

The student warrants that the information which it provides to CATonline, whether directly or indirectly, or through the website, or which is otherwise displayed on this website is provided in good faith and is true and correct to the best of its knowledge, information and belief. That is, that the student is declaring that all information it provides is true and correct. The client also declares that all assessment work is their own.

All content is copyright © CATonline unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to: all text, images, graphics, audio commentary, visual presentations and any course related files. Material cannot be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form without prior written consent. All material provided and presented during training is for the sole use of the company and/or individual.

Conditions

CATonline reserves the right to modify, cancel and limit any training, service or promotion. We reserve the right to refuse participants for any reason. Purchasing one online training course allows one person to access the training course. Courses are not transferable. By accepting enrolment terms and conditions, you are warranting that you are the person completing the course.

Warranty

No warranties or guarantees are made in any of the material. By using any of the material provided you accept all liability for your actions. Except for the express representations and warranties stated in this agreement, CATonline makes no warranties whatsoever. CATonline explicitly disclaims any other warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or compliance with laws or government rules or regulations applicable to the product or services.

Fees & Terms of Payment

In consideration of the services to be provided by CATonline, the client shall pay to CATonline fees and expenses in the amounts and according to the payment schedule, and all applicable sales, use or value added taxes, even if calculated or assessed subsequent to the payment schedule. Terms of payment will be included in the schedule or invoice.

Fees and Refund Policy

CATonline only enrol students who have paid the required course fees in advance. Please refer to the Fee Schedule for pricing information.

Refunds will NOT be provided due to change of mind.

CATonline is not obliged to refund due to changes in legislation on a national or a state level that may affect delivery of online units on scope. Such situations will be assessed case by case.

Indemnification/Liability

The products and services of CATonline are sold “as is”. In all circumstances, the maximum liability of CATonline, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates, to client for damages for any and all causes whatsoever, and client’s maximum remedy, regardless of the form of action, wether in contract, tort or otherwise, shall be limited to the charges paid in respect to product or service, provided suitable notice of any such claim in made within 30 days to CATonline. In no event shall CATonline be liable for any lost data or content, lost profits, business interruption or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the products or materials or services provided by CATonline, even if CATonline has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

Terms and Terminations

This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party effective immediately upon notice, or the mutual agreement of the parties, or if any party (a) becomes insolvent, files a petition or bankruptcy, makes an assignment for the benefit of its creditors; or (b) breaches any of its material responsibilities or obligations under this Agreement, which breach is not remedied within ten (10) days from receipt of written notice of such breach. In the event of termination, CATonline shall be compensated for the services performed through the date of termination in the amount of (a) any advance payment, (b) a prorated portion of the fees due, or (c) hourly fees for work performed by CATonline or CATonline Training agents as of the date of termination, whichever is greater, and client shall pay all expenses, fees, out of pockets together with any additional costs incurred through and up to, the date of cancellation.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

CATonline reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Any alterations to products or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions. Continued use of a product or service after any such changes shall constitute consent to such changes.

CATonline regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following privacy policy applies to all CATonline users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this statement, you should first contact CATonline.

By answering submitting acceptance of these terms and conditions you have confirmed that the information you provide to CATonline, whether directly or indirectly, or through the website, or is otherwise displayed on this website is provided in good faith and is true and correct to the best of your knowledge, information and belief. That is, that all information you provide is true and correct. You also declare that all assessment work will be your own.

Please note in compliance with privacy laws we notify that personal information will be provided to the relevant auditing authorities who require manditorary USI and Quality Indicators reporting including state-based variations..

Collection of Information

In order to use the CATonline Training website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by Catonline is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Use of Collection Information

Any details collected from CATonline customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our product development.

Storage of Collected Information

When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. CATonline uses the PAYPAL Payment for its online credit card transactions. PAYPAL processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using PAYPAL are secured payments.

  • Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
  • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by CATonline or any outside party

Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from CATonline containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your login details via Email within 1 hour.
